How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped (typically within 12 hours of placing it), you can request a cancellation by contacting us at:

Once confirmed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Please note: Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. If your item has shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Status Updates

1. Payment Completed
Your order is successfully placed and is being processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

2. Item Shipped
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details may be sent separately β€” please check all inboxes, including spam/junk folders.

3. Didn’t receive tracking info?
No worries β€” you can:

  • Click β€œTrack Your Order” at the top-right of our website

  • Or email us at contact@benchist.store for assistance


Was my order placed successfully?

To verify your order:

  1. Visit β€œTrack Your Order” on our website

  2. Enter your four-digit order number and your email or phone number

  3. Click β€œTrack” to see your order status, such as:

  • Ordered

  • Order Ready

  • In Transit

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

Alternatively, you can track using your shipping number if provided.


Need to reschedule delivery?

We partner with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, and others) to ensure fast and reliable shipping. If you need to change your delivery time, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
